As we gear up for the Paris 2024 Olympics, it’s a great time to revisit the horse who became the star of the show at the last summer games.

The Olympics bring the world together to compete in top-level international sporting events.  Thousands of athletes from around the world participate, and after a one-year delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics finally got underway in the summer of 2021. An unexpected star from the competition was dressage’s very own Suppenkasper, who went viral online for his unique freestyle with his rider Steffen Peters, complete with electronic music, a rarity to hear in the top levels of the sport.
